Our message to the community in light of COVID-19:

It is our mission to honor and serve our families with dignity and compassion, while keeping the health and safety of our staff and community in mind. Cremation Society of Illinois is following the guidance of the World Health Organization and Center for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as the Cremation Association of North America and the National Funeral Directors Association.

As we move into Phase 3 of Restore Illinois, we continue to practice safe social distancing and wearing of masks as required by Governor Pritzker and other State Officials.

In light of concerns regarding COVID-19, we continue and prefer to complete arrangements with technology, from your own home via email and our website. Our funeral directors and family counselors are available to assist over the phone if necessary.

In regards to viewings and services, masks are required when entering our buildings. At this time, for the safety of  the families we serve and our staff, we will continue with the guidelines put in place by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention advising against gatherings of 10 people or more.

We will continue to work in conjunction with county offices and medical professionals to serve our community in a timely manner with the dignity and care that they deserve. As always, we are here to serve. Please reach out to us if there is anything we can do to help you or your family through these challenging times. Our thoughts go out to anyone affected by COVID-19.
